Tommy Turbide, TPQA
Throughout his college studies (DEC) in Food Processing and Quality Assurance (TPQA) at the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire du Québec (ITAQ), La Pocatière campus, Tommy completed a series of internships producing ferments for microbreweries.
Now, at the CDBQ, Tommy collaborates on innovative research and development projects relating to alcoholic beverages and new food products.
