Serena Saffiedine, M. Sc.
Serena Saffiedine holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval. She has acquired solid experience in food innovation by working with starch and flavoring suppliers.
Serena joined the CDBQ team in 2021 to share her passion for formulating new products. She is our Aroma and Microbiology Specialist.
