Mélissa Beaulieu, BSc
Mélissa Beaulieu holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval. She has worked in various food processing companies. She has worked on developing and implementing the HACCP system in quality control and has given various training courses in hygiene and sanitation.
Mélissa joined the CDBQ team in 2013 as an Innovation Project Manager and has directly contributed to the realization and implementation of dozens of innovation projects in food processing.
As part of her duties at CDBQ, Melissa’s primary responsibility is to support the management team in its development objectives and overall strategy. She is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and is at the service of clients to meet their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
