Innovation Project Manager
Kim Manseau-Ferland holds a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology and a master’s degree in food science from Université Laval. She acquired expertise in food innovation by working on producing and developing new flavors of fermented drinks at a kombucha producer. Kim is passionate about innovation and developing new food products. She specializes in microbiology and food safety.
Kim is currently responsible for several innovative research and development projects for food products, both in terms of processes and product formulation.
