François Tardif, BSc
François Tardif holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval. After his studies, he pursued his passion, beer, by working at the Archibald microbrewery, where he perfected his knowledge and skills in beer production.
François is currently in charge of several projects related to research and development in the brewing and distillery industries, particularly alcoholic fermentation optimization projects. François also supported the start of the brewing component of the CDBQ by testing the equipment and determining optimal parameters for their use.
