David Claveau, MSc, MBA
David holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Université Laval. After working for several years on the management team of FoodChek Systems, a leader in developing and commercializing food safety products, David entered the brewing industry in 2016. He then acted as an instructor and General Manager of the Olds College Brewery in Alberta for over four years.
As part of his duties at CDBQ, David’s primary responsibility is to support the management team in its development objectives and overall strategy. He is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and is at the service of clients to meet their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
