Daphné McNicoll, TPQA
After earning a college diploma (DEC) in Food Processing and Quality Assurance from the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire du Québec (ITAQ), La Pocatière campus, Daphné worked in a juice production company where she held various positions in quality control and operations. She also worked as a Meat Hygiene Inspector for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
Daphné has been part of the CDBQ team since 2014 as a research technician and one of our process technology and food quality instructors.
