Charles Emond, Chemist, MSc
Charles holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval. He also has a master’s degree in Dairy Industries Performance Management from the National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (INRAE) in Dijon, France.
Having held key positions in international companies, particularly in the dairy processing sector, Charles excels in analyzing the efficiency of various processes and developing and implementing action plans to improve performance and profitability.
Charles joined the team in 2016 as an Innovation Project Manager and has since contributed directly to the realization and implementation of dozens of innovation projects.
