Annick Leblanc-Henry, TPQA
After earning a college diploma (DEC) in Food Processing and Quality Assurance from the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire du Québec (ITAQ), La Pocatière campus, Annick worked as a cheese maker and Quality Control Technician in various companies. Her interest in science, food preservation, and fermentation has shaped her career in food processing.
Annick has been part of the CDBQ team since October 2021 as a research technician and one of our process technology and food quality instructors.
