The CDBQ – QAIC owns a number of well-maintained buildings totaling nearly 200,000 sq. ft., and is constantly adding new premises. More than 100,000 sq. ft. are made available to industry, both startups and established businesses.

Biofood, agronomy, and biotechnology companies seeking modern facilities tailored to their needs can lease these premises on a short, medium, or long-term basis. We also have an agreement with the AG-Bio Centre for the incubation and mentoring of startup companies.
